James loves educating. He thoroughly enjoys working with first time buyers and investors in all aspects of home financing. “Through the home buying process we learn a lot about each other. I love receiving invitations to housewarming parties and am always happy to help home owners move in!”
Before finding his passion for mortgage and home financing, James spent several years in commercial finance, rode the “dotcom” wave and also co-founded and served as President & CEO of a successful (and profitable) cutting-edge digital photography and video company. Business development, attention to detail and customer service have been the foundation of his past success, which he has found to be the perfect combination for his career as a Mortgage Planner.
Growing up in and around the Seattle area, James also was a resident of California for 4 years and Las Vegas for 3 years. He has now settled down with his wife and 5 children in Everett and considers himself a “lifer Washingtonian.”
James has also been actively involved in his community with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Food Lifeline, the Seattle Jaycees, The American Red Cross & the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
